When you become a paying site member (an employer or entity purchasing
our services), we request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and
credit card number and expiration date. This information is necessary to
process your payment and to notify you of your membership status. We also
provide a check payment option at your request.

We may use personally identifiable information about you to improve our
marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our
content and product offerings, and customize our site's content, layout, and
services. These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs.
We may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you
that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner
advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and

As an employment/career site/Career Fair company, Nationwidejobfairs.
com allows you to put your resume in our database. There are two ways to
do this:
1.        Fill out the Contact Us Form and attach your resume
2.        Send your resume via email to info@nationwidejobfairs.com
You may remove your resume from our database at any time. However,
registered employers and recruiters may have retained a copy of your
resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the
retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or
privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in the
database. We never request or ever advice you to include in your resumes
private personal information such as social security numbers or any other
information that is not typically part of a resume. Submitting your resume is
never mandatory to use this site, this is an option offered to career seekers.

Career Fairs by Nationwidejobfairs.com
As a career fair company, you will be asked to submit a paper copy of your
resume at our career fairs. These resumes are used by nationwidejobfairs.
com and are provided to employers/clients of nationwidejobfairs.com. We
are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these
instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while
resumes are in the database. We never request or ever advice you to include
in your resumes private personal information such as social security
numbers or any other information that is not typically part of a resume.

your resume including company/employers name as we in our sole
discretion believe necessary.

information only for providing you with the services you've requested. We
never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Costs Fees & Charges

All of our services, including career fair attendance & submitting resumes
are FREE to career seekers. You will NEVER be asked by a
Nationwidejobfairs.com employee/representative to pay to attend our career
fairs or to pay to submit your resume.

Employers: Nationwidejobfairs.com will charge a fee to attend our career
fairs and recruit career seekers and to post jobs or view resumes on this
site. Please contact our sales team to inquire on the services provided and
